DAY 13 P90X HYBRID: MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT



Today was a cardio day and my nephew Brandon joined me for Insanity's Max Interval Circuit. This was Brandon's first time through this workout and only his second time doing Insanity period. Brandon rocked it! He really motivated me today.  Tip: Get a workout partner. Push each other to grow beyond what you think that you are capable of.

Max Interval Circuit is a beast of a workout. Brandon and I were drenched in sweat and completely fatigued by the end of this thing.
