This is my favorite workout from P90X2. Base and Back hits it all - cardio conditioning and strength! Legs and back are the areas that I need to work the most. My goal is to eventually work up to 30 reps of all the plyo movements and 15 reps of all the pull-up variations in the first round. In the second round, my goal is to maintain 30 reps of the plyo and 12 reps for all of the pull-ups. I'm not there yet.... Although, I'm getting closer every time that I tackle this routine!
