RECOVERY WEEK - P90X2 TOTAL BODY
I have completed P90X2 and today I started a recovery week. Be certain to check back here in the next day or two. I will post my honest thoughts, likes and dislikes of the entire program.
I will begin my new hybrid schedule next Monday, 3/19/12. I plan on doing an 8-10 week mix of my favorite workouts from P90X2, The Asylum and Insanity! I will post that schedule here for viewing in the next day or two as well. If you have the workout programs please, join me! I would love the company. Today I did P90X2 TOTAL BODY! I forgot how difficult this workout was. It reminds me of The Asylum's "Strength" routine. It hits everything and it hits hard!
