Bulk legs and Bulk arms!
I'm four weeks into the "Bulk Phase" and I'm most definitely getting stronger! I've increased weight on all of the exercises and I feel great. I actually feel much stronger and powerful in functional life. I'm looking forward to finishing this phase and moving on to the "Beast Phase" in a couple more weeks.
I had an issue with my flip cam again, and I only captured the last part of bulk legs.
