BODY BEAST DAY 13

PHASE 1: BUILD - "CHEST/TRIS" -

Today began the last week of the first phase, (Build), of the Body Beast program.


The Build phase is a synergistic phase that allows you to develop a strong foundation from which to work for the remainder of the program. This was my third time doing "Chest/Tris". I felt really good, strong and recovered coming off of my much needed rest day. I was able to increase my dumbbell weights by 15lbs. and up my reps on all sets of push-ups. I truly am getting stronger. From what I can tell, the first phase is doing it's job accordingly. Of course, you have to put in all the effort to make it work. The program is laid out for you, but it is absolutely necessary that you do like Sagi Kalev says, "You have to push yourself hard. You have to be willing to do whatever it takes"!
