I love Saturday. I slept in until about 8am and enjoyed a Shakeology for breakfast. After a few chores around the house it was time for my wife and I to tackle P90X2 Base & Back + Ab Ripper 2. This workout is freaking HARD! Nothing but pull ups and plyometrics. Yep... constant work of the two largest muscle groups! It will wipe you out. Oh yeah... not to mention interval training at it's best! This workout has the potential to be a puke fest if you really explode with the plyo movements. I noticed that my pull up reps jumped considerably from last week! This was only the second time that I have done this workout. I truly believe that the Results & Recovery Formula that I am now taking throughout the week is making the difference. Anyway, I love this workout as much as I love Saturdays and tonight is extra special because my wife and I are making bison burgers with baked sweet potato fries and a big spinach salad. Yum! This is one of my favorite meals and my wife is an excellent cook . Cynthia and I are huge "foodies" with a healthy organic paleo bent. What do you like? Any recipe suggestions? We love to try new things!
