Asylum Volume 2 / Body Beast Hybrid: Day 3 - Power Legs



Working legs is just hard. It's especially hard when you combine plyo with weighted exercises. Day 3 of my hybrid, Power Legs is in the books. I went up in weight and used the 30lb dumbbell for the burnout set. This destroyed me!
