ADVANCED P90X HYBRID SCHEDULE - START DATE: 5/10/12


P90X - X2 - One on One - Insanity/Asylum Schedule
·          This follows the original P90X ‘classic’ schedule. I’ve taken the liberty to substitute in corresponding resistance workouts from P90X2 and the One on One series. I am also taking out the P90X cardio and inserting corresponding cardio workouts from Insanity and the Asylum. Enjoy!
