Day 39 of my hybrid and I did P90X: Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. However, I modified the routine and I did it P90X2 style by incorporating medicine balls! This made for a great workout. It took a very challenging routine and made it even more difficult (and a lot of fun). Old school P90X muscle confusion with the addition of P90X2 balance, stability and core engagement!
