YOUR WEAKNESS CAN BECOME YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH!

All you need is focus, determination and consistency of effort over time to take any weakness and make it a strength. This is true in all aspects of life, not just in your fitness.

I tackled PAP Lower again today. My legs are the weakest part of my body and as such, the area that I need to focus on the most. I did just that... I pushed through the fatigue and pain knowing that if I continue to do so over time, my weakness will potentially become my greatest strength.
